2015 CITA BIM Gathering: An Integrated Future

When: 12th – 13th November
Where: Gibson Hotel, Dublin 1, Ireland

Associate architect Sean O’Dwyer will present on the second day of this year’s CITA BIM Gathering in Dublin when he will discuss the use of BIM for the design of the new Dublin Children’s Hospital.  This building will be a world-class facility providing secondary paediatric services for the greater Dublin area and specialist services for the country. It is the largest, most complex and significant capital investment project ever undertaken in healthcare in Ireland and first images were revealed earlier this year by Ireland’s Minister for Health, Leo Varadkar.

BDP is the first company to be assessed and certificated under BRE Global’s BIM level 2 Business Systems Certification Scheme and the Dublin studio is the first to achieve certification in Ireland.
