My Liveable City. Clever Technologies; Humanised Cities

BDP is an Associate Sponsor of the My Liveable City conference in India looking at clever technologies in humanised cities.  Chair of BDP’s India studio and head of urbanism, Francis Glare, will present at 11.45 on smart technology’s promise for the public domain and Manisha Bhartia, studio leader will moderate a session at 14.15 conducting an interactive discussion with a panel of experts and the audience.

The conference will address the issues of how technology solutions can integrate with urban design and planning, how high-tech and low-tech solutions can be combined and what will happen to the public domain and social interaction in existing cities.
