International Women in Engineering

When: Friday 22nd June 18.00 – 20.30
Where:
BDP, 16 Brewhouse Yard, London EC1V 4LJ

To celebrate this year’s International Women in Engineering Day our London studio engineers are hosting a networking evening open to everybody interested in the various engineering professions. This informal evening will offer the opportunity to meet some of our civil, structural and building services engineers and take part in an informal Q&A to hear about their varied career paths and their advice on how to get to where you want to be in engineering. Attendees can network with peers and share advice, experience and industry insights. Refreshments will be served but places are limited and may be booked here.

In conjunction we would like to invite everybody curious about engineering to ask any questions that spring to mind tweeting with #askanengineerBDP.

In the lead up to International Women in Engineering Day we are inviting Key Stage 3 pupils (Years 7-9) at local schools to submit their ideas for a school of the future. More details can be found here.
