When: 15th – 17th April
Where: Lancaster University
Our higher education team will be attending and exhibiting at this year’s AUDE conference at Lancaster University. Principal Sue Emms, who leads the sector in the north of England, will be joined by architect directors Christoph Ackermann and Keith Papa together with engineering director Steve Merridew. The theme of the conference is challenging thinking for challenging times and the team will be on our stand, 13, talking about their vision for the university campus of the future which is healthy, liveable and carbon positive and an exemplar of progressive urbanism. They can discuss how these ideas are incorporated in our recent masterplans for universities including Coventry and Sheffield Hallam and also the masterplan for the Smart Innovation Centre at Keele University which will create the first innovation centre in the UK to bring together a university management school and incubation space for innovative new and developing businesses.
