Project details

BDP produced a masterplan for a mixed use township extending over 300 acres on ex agricultural land next to the national motorway, on the western outskirts of Kolkata at Howrah.

Alongside residential, commercial and retail uses it includes public facilities such as schools, hospitals and hotels. In addition 25 acres are devoted to an IT SEZ (special economic zone).

This will be the most extravagant development in this part of the world
