Manchester United Changing Hub

Facts

Location Client Completion
Manchester, UK Manchester United Football Club August 2018

Project details

Our design for Manchester United Football Club’s Changing Hub skilfully reshapes the existing space within the iconic Old Trafford Football Stadium, creating radical improvements to the environment, circulation flow, functionality and operational efficiency. It provides state of the art pre-activation, spa, recovery, medical, nutrition and lounge amenities, along with enhanced facilities for match officials and delegates.

At the heart of the scheme is the home team dressing room. Organically shaped to fit the existing constraints and engender an intimate and engaging match-day environment, bespoke lockers provide practical storage, comfortable seating and integrated personalised technology, whilst user controllable audio visual and lighting allows variation from a theatrical atmospheric setting through to high energy match-day functionality.
