Peter Coleman on BCSC's Advisory Board

BDP Director of Architecture and Head of Retail Peter Coleman has been appointed to the Advisory Board of BCSC, the organisation representing the UK retail property industry. The Advisory Board is a group of industry leaders, with members elected by the wider BCSC membership. This group is representative of all sectoral interests of BCSC’s broad-based membership and supports the Executive Board in determining BCSC’s strategy and in adopting a BCSC position on any particular issue.

Peter has been actively involved in BCSC for many years as both a conference speaker and award jury member. He is widely regarded as an authority in retail architecture and design and is author of Shopping Environments: Evolution, Planning and Design (2006) in which he explores how retail centre design is evolving to better suit local needs and highlights the factors that make a successful retail centre.
