King’s College London and BDP are staging a debate to discuss the sustainable future of our historic environment. Three guest speakers will each examine an aspect of “the triple bottom line” – the three broad issues that impact on the future of these buildings: economic sustainability; environmental sustainability; and social sustainability. These snap-shot talks will be followed by a case study of the King’s College Strand Campus refurbishment, then an open discussion with audience participation.

The debate will take place as part of the London Festival of Architecture on the evening of Monday 7th July at King’s College London's Strand Campus.
