Bryn is company secretary to all companies in the BDP group.
He leads our central secretariat, with responsibility for group secretarial and legal services, commercial insurances, employment conditions and employee-shareholder relations.
He is regularly involved in corporate special projects, including acquisitions and disposals. He helped lead the incorporation of our former partnership business in 1997.
