Martin Lupton

Martin is responsible for the development of our lighting design specialism. His role includes both project work and winning new commissions.

He values the opportunity to apply skills developed in lighting commercial spaces to achieve innovative lighting in socially important contexts such as schools and hospitals.

Notable projects include the daylight and sunlight elements for Westminster Academy and the award-winning Sainsbury’s eco-store in Greenwich.

What are the biggest personal influences on your work?
“I like to be influenced by the people I work with and the places we work on and I believe lighting should respond to people, context and architecture. I love Scandinavian design and also the natural light from the Nordic sky.”
