Mark Richards

Mark’s area of strength is in the retail and commercial sector.

Mark is based in the London studio and his expertise is predominantly in retail and regeneration. He also has experience of working in Birmingham where he was seconded for eight months.

As project director Mark has led The Rock in Bury, a major urban mixed use project comprising retail and housing.

What will be the most important characteristic of life in the future?
“Social cohesion within our towns and cities. This will include the use and sourcing of materials to build and support communities. The single biggest influence on our industry will be the building of these communities in a sustainable, carbon-neutral way that recognises the needs of the individual.”
