Peter Shuttleworth

Peter is a member of our urbanism team, with a focus on the transport sector. He has led a broad range of projects from our Manchester studio and is passionate about giving his teams proper guidance and recognition.

He took a leading role in the Manchester Piccadilly project and is proud of the way the new station has transformed a key part of the city.

Where do you see the architecture profession in 2050?
“Much the same as today - good, bad and ugly - but greener. We will have lost the ability to draw manually, unless there is a split into a new arts and crafts movement.”
