Andrew Tindsley

Andrew is a main board director, chair of BDP’s landscape profession and leads the urbanism studio in London, a group comprising urban planners, urban designers, masterplanners and landscape architects. He is also very active in leading the development of the company’s wider portfolio of work in India.

Andrew has led successful retail, education, healthcare and workplace projects and gained recent awards for regeneration and public realm commissions in the two London suburbs.

Overseas he is leading masterplanning projects from Kiev to Kolkata.

Where do you see your profession in the future?
"It’s taken a little while, but good landscape and urban design is finally shaping the way we think about our environment and will do so into the future."
