Modular apartments for smarter 21st-century living.
We created a modular building, designing a nine-storey 256-apartment scheme from the inside out.
Space utilisation was critical for each apartment; we eliminated dead space by overlapping functional areas and incorporating neat services pods containing a bathroom, utility cupboard, kitchen and wardrobe.
Abito's apartments line the site’s edges, creating a private central courtyard protected by a translucent fabric canopy, providing room for post boxes, bike racks, recycling bins and 24-hour concierge.
