Large-scale industrial design aesthetic informs much of Abito’s structure and appearance ‘clipped on’ steel balconies serve as an extension to each of the studio apartments The 290 apartments respond to the age, gender and requirements of potential occupants.

  • a landmark building on the southern edge of Salford quays
  • a generic design for a 35sqm apartment which appears spacious and ‘livable’ despite being necessarily compact
