Crumlin Road

A completely new city quarter masterplan.

The scheme for the Crumlin Road masterplan is for a completely new city quarter. It will provide a unique opportunity to rekindle the previously trouble-torn community of north Belfast through the creation of new housing, learning, leisure and urban spaces .

Amongst other initiatives will be the establishment of a new international gateway to include exhibition, creative learning, sustainable living, working, and leisure zones.
