Our sustainability team has delivered low-carbon, sustainable and efficient buildings for more than 100 clients from Prague to Ireland.

True sustainability lies in meeting the 'triple bottom line' of environmental, social and economic considerations; we help clients meet these aims without incurring higher capital costs through:

• our ‘measure, minimise, mitigate’ methodology
• expertise in entire cycles from procurement to delivery
• thought leadership — we are helping compile global BREEAM standards and are members of a Greater London Authority (GLA) advisory body

We work as part of integrated BDP teams as well as with external architects and developers.
