BDP Launches CYCLE FOR JO
- in aid of Missing People, the British Red Cross and the RSPCA

As part of the series of events marking BDP’s 50th year (which began in May) BDP launched Cycle for Jo where cyclists from all BDP studios rode in relay teams between each studio to raise money for charity. Following the tragic death of Bristol studio based landscape architect, Jo Yeates, last Christmas BDP is dedicating this sponsored cycle tour as a way of paying tribute to her.
Cycle for Jo, has involved over 200 riders from BDP on a relay tour around all of its studios in the UK, Ireland, and the Netherlands. Studios in Abu Dhabi and India also joined by cycling in their studio areas. The first team left London on 6th May and the last team arrived back in London on 25th May.
Cyclists gave their time and their energy, BDP has funded all the logistics, support and safety needs, and BDP is looking to friends, especially those in property and construction, to support the tour through corporate sponsorship or personal gifting. All donations will be split between three charities – Missing People, the British Red Cross, and the RSPCA. BDP hopes that people will give generously.
