The International Quarter (TIQ), Stratford City is the next major development to take place on the site of the Olympic Park, providing a legacy of prime office space in the heart of East London once the park is complete in 2015. Occupying a 22-acre site, TIQ will offer four million sq ft of commercial office space, 350 new homes, 275,000 sq ft of hotel space, and over 52,000 sq ft of shops and restaurants, all set within a parkland environment.
