Neil Cadenhead

Neil is a London health team director.

His main focus is international business development. He sees big potential for further expanding our overseas activities and is working to realise this.

He is proud of his team’s success record in winning PFI projects.

Where do you see the architecture profession in the future?
“In the future there will be three distinct types of firm: design boutiques, small firms serving local-scale work and major corporate firms serving large and international companies. There is no reason why architecture cannot scale up in the same way as accountants in the ‘70s and lawyers and advertising companies in the ‘80s and ‘90s.”
