Michelle is a main board member and leads our civil and structural engineering group across the practice.
Her approach is based on the conviction that architects and engineers thinking together from the start of a project will produce better building design.
She has worked on the Academy and BSF programmes, bringing schools to deprived areas across the UK. Other major projects include the Royal Albert Hall and award-winning offices for the BBC and Roche.
In 2010, Michelle was chair of the Association for Consultancy and Engineering (ACE) and was awarded an MBE for services to the construction industry.
This year Michelle will be a judge for the British Council of Offices (BCO) Annual Awards for the 3rd year running and for the first time, will judge for the prestigious British Construction Industry (BCI) Awards.
