Project details

Major, sustainable, mixed use regeneration, benefiting the whole of North London.

This mixed-use development comprises in addition to 1210 residential units, commercial and retail floorspace, a primary school and crèche, a health centre, a hotel, retail floorspace underground car parking and cycle parking.

In addition BDP is providing  a £53m, 13 store in a 687 bed student accommodation for UNITE on a 1.5 acre vacant industrial site.

There will be significant areas of high quality greenspace and connections between the open spaces at the heart of the development and the Lee Valley Regional Park.

This scheme demonstrates how imaginative design and private sector investment can generate a mixed and sustainable development and set a higher quality benchmark.
