Kolkata West International City

BDP is drawing up a masterplan for a mixed use township extending over 300 acres on ex agricultural land next to the national motorway, on the western outskirts of Kolkata at Howrah.

Alongside residential, commercial and retail uses it will include public facilities such as schools, hospitals and hotels.  In addition 25 acres will be devoted to an IT SEZ (special economic zone).
