North Bank

An office development which sets the standard for design excellence in the city.

BDP’s masterplan proposal, developed with Priority Sites, suggested high quality office buildings facing onto the main highways, with a residential development at the centre.

The scheme has so far delivered the first phase office building, a striking five storey building, No 1 North Bank with a flexible plan, two reception areas and two circulation cores to allow a variety of sublets.
