The design makes use of the site’s slope towards the lake to create a public waterfront with the private amenities and housing located above.
The site is arranged around a central park of mature trees, created in a series of terraces which widen downward towards the lake.
The building heights increase with the gradient accentuating the hilly location, and maximising the views for each building.
