The location is a popular Mediterranean resort five miles from the ancient city of Sousse, where the medina is a UNESCO world heritage site.
The scheme includes a 30,000 sq m retail and leisure complex, 13,000 sq m hypermarket and parking for 2,000 cars.
Levels of the project respond to the site context and take advantage of views towards Sousse and the Mediterranean, The design includes high level dining terraces and a prominent tower, which acts as an observation point, café and a signage marker for the scheme.
