University of Ulster

The major refurbishment and new extension of the University of Ulster’s existing Belfast Campus. The new building provides state-of-the-art facilities and is an important investment for the University, creating a landmark building and contributing to the regeneration of Belfast’s Cathedral Quarter.

Phase 1 a new build extension to the existing building of approximately 8000m2.

Phase 2 complete refurbishment and recladding of the existing building.
