BDP designs many of its projects with input from a number of studios and there is a cross fertilisation of ideas and experience. At present 21 of our staff across the practice are fluent in Mandarin (13 architects and 8 engineers) But each individual has a ‘home’ studio.  These are the people based in Shanghai and those with a wider responsibility for the studio.
