Academy of Urbanism - Imagining the Future of Food in Cities: The Consumer City

Planning director Anna Sinnott will be hosting an Academy of Urbanism’s Young Urbanists event which will explore the challenges of food consumption in cities.  It is one in a series of events to look at the issues surrounding food production and cities and how to support a more sustainable relationship between food and urban living.

Keynote speaker Dr C J Lim, Professor of Architecture and Urbanism at the Bartlett will be joined by Jonathan Pauling (GLA), Dan Woolley (Feeding the 5000), Shane Holland (Slow Food London) and Steve Wilson (The Russet) and they will share their experience of urban food consumption and open up debates with a Q&A session.

Drinks and snacks will be provided for the event which is free for Young Urbanist Members but there is a charge for non-members.
