Irish Green Building Council Green Building Conference

When: Thursday 21st May 09.00 – 17.00
Where: The Woodquay Venue, Dublin 2

Environmental engineering director Chris Croly is one of the speakers at this year’s IGBC Green Building Conference in Dublin.  He will present, at 14.30 in the main hall, a case study on the highly innovative renovation of the National Art Gallery of Ireland. 

BDP is providing environmental engineering and sustainability expertise on this project which includes the refurbishment and upgrading of the historic Dargan and Milltown wings together with the provision of new accommodation for the gallery staff.  Chris will talk about the complex BIM application to fully define the services installation as well as the significant reduction of the gallery’s carbon footprint.
