Skills4Stem - Leadership & Management Open Courses, Manchester

BDP is delighted to continue sponsoring another 5 month course run by Skills4Stem to deliver its ILM Level 5 Leadership & Management qualification.  The course is designed for practising professionals in the built environment to develop skills and experience, improve performance and prepare for future management responsibilities.  Monthly sessions will be held at BDP’s Manchester studio starting in October from 09.30 – 12.30 with arrival and mid-morning refreshments provided.

Dates and subjects for the sessions are:

1st October – Assessing your own leadership capability and performance

5th November – Developing critical thinking

7th January – Leading innovation and change

4th February – Managing stress and conflict in the organisation

3rd March – Understanding organisational culture and ethics
