RTPI London Planning Summit – To 2020 and Beyond

When: Thursday 27th October 08.30 – 17.00
Where: Coin Street Neighbourhood Centre, 108 Stamford St, London SE1 9NH

BDP is a sponsor of the 2016 London Planning Summit which seeks to address the challenges that planners face to deliver a fairer and more affordable city and asks how planners can work creatively to address these challenges. Planning directors Tessa O’Neill and Anna Sinnott will lead an interactive workshop on Making London’s Town Centres Great discussing how to ensure town centres are ready for the challenges of London’s physical growth, economic pressures and changing technology.  Tessa will chair the workshop whilst Anna will explore some of the key issues illustrating with some of the schemes the planning team at BDP has worked on recently including Whitechapel Vision, Boxpark Croydon and Eden Walk, Kingston. They will be joined by Chris Paddock from Regeneris and Simon Babes from Movement Strategies.

Through panel debates, presentations and workshops, the 2016 London Planning Summit will outline the priorities for the new mayor and how these will work in practice.  Places can be booked using the link below.
