Mark Braund presents at ArchitEx

Architect director Mark Braund is one of the presenters at the third annual ArchitEx conference and exhibition which brings delegates together with policy experts and industry award winners to address the latest sustainable developments and technology in the design, planning and construction of current and future projects.

Mark will speak at 14.00 on the first day on the role of design to improve the quality of life. He will use as case studies some of the projects his team has delivered including Enterprise South Liverpool Academy, which became a symbol of regeneration for an area, and St John Bosco Arts College which delivered a build with 15% more area but at a reduced cost. He will also look at the award winning Alder Hey Children’s Hospital and Liverpool One with Grosvenor which is now celebrating ten years of urban transformation and reflects how one place acted as a catalyst for change in the city of Liverpool.
