Women in Construction

Celebrating and encouraging inclusivity in the built environment, BDP invites you to join us in our London studio for a dynamic, thought-provoking day of interactive sessions, mentoring and networking.

Keynote speaker Jude Kelly CBE, founder of WOW Foundation - Women of the World Festival, will start the day in conversation with BDP Chair Chris Harding and principal Graham McClements, together with HOK principal Femi Oresanya, discussing The Positive Power of the Male Voice to Make Change. This will be followed by a series of workshops and speed mentoring, offering guidance on career progression alongside empowering self-defence classes. A range of topics will be addressed at the event including Empowering Women in the Workplace, How to Maximise your Mentoring, Glass Ceilings, Intersectionality, Shared Parental Leave and Representation.
