Plans submitted for student lofts in Galway

Plans have been submitted for a €25 million student accommodation development in the new urban quarter, Galway Docks. This follows our recent proposals for a sister office scheme in the same area.

The Queen Street development will provide 345 ensuite study bedrooms arranged across two buildings connected by a start-up hub at ground level. In addition amenities will include shared living areas, informal study and common areas and a fitness studio. Garden terraces are provided at ground level and on the roof with high quality landscaping and planting to create an attractive hangout destination for students. An innovative partnership with a co-working entrepreneurial facilitator will create new opportunities for Galway in this high profile location.
