Two wins at Manchester Architects Awards

Bright Building in Manchester Science Park has won the commercial built category in the Manchester Architects Awards which celebrate a range of architectural projects in the city including community, residential, built and unbuilt.

There were further celebrations at the awards on 21 June when architectural assistant Louise Taylor won the student award Future Architect of the Year. Louise is currently doing her masters at the University of Sheffield as part of the Collaborative Practice course and submitted her own interpretation/rework of the Grade I listed Lancaster Castle, a conservation project for which we were appointed as architect.

Manchester’s Ordsall Chord was also commended in the community category on the evening.
