Education projects make RIBA regional shortlists

The RIBA has announced this year’s regional awards shortlists and five of our educational projects are in the running.

Francis Holland School’s Centre for Creative Learning is shortlisted in the London region and Tonbridge School’s Barton Science Centre is in the south east category. Refurbishment project Alliance Manchester Business School is selected for the north west region and Mulberry Park Community Hub, which also includes a 210 place primary school, nursery and community centre is in the south west region. We also have Maidenhill Primary School and Nursery shortlisted for the Scottish RIAS awards.

Cambridge Assessment Headquarters, which our interior designers helped to deliver working with Eric Parry Architects, is shortlisted in the east regional category and the UCL Student Centre delivered by our engineers, working with Nicholas Hare Architects, is also up for an award in London.

The RIBA Awards celebrate the very best of architecture in the UK and the winning regional projects will go on to compete for the national awards later in the year.
