Jo Yeates Prize for Landscape Architecture at University of Gloucestershire

This year, the Jo Yeates Prize has been awarded to Jake Poloni who was selected from an impressive shortlist for his strong design concept for Cumberland Point, Bristol’s Centre for Arts – a pioneering multifunctional arts centre and destination for experiencing art and landscape. This highly accomplished piece of work, designed to inspire, inform and delight, was developed around a simple theme of the transient life of the tidal mudflats of the River Avon where the site was located.

The Jo Yeates Prize celebrates the best alumni from the University of Gloucestershire’s School of Landscape and Environment and was set up in 2011 to remember Jo, a well-loved and talented BDP landscape architect from our Bristol studio.
