Project details

The concept for this store district, like the others, includes IKEA as unique anchor, hypermarket, international and domestic fashion retailers, substantial restaurant and cafe offers, electronic and sports destinations, cinema and other entertainment venues.

It is located on Beijing’s 5th ring road and has connections to the light rail system and a number of bus stops throughout the scheme.

Featuring 600 brands on 210,000 GLA; easily accessible by public transport or via car with more than 7,000 parking spaces.

Results

  • the 250,000 m2 project in the Daxing district creates a three level shopping and leisure complex with three subterranean car park levels for 7,000 cars pus an addition office  park development  with strong transport links
  • the overall scheme consists of six individual buildings
