Project details

The 25,000sqm scheme includes three five-storey blocks of office space with external terraces at the fifth storeys and underground parking for 250 cars. An interim two-way road enables access between the proposed development and the existing roundabout at Leopardstown Road.

The scheme will be highly efficient with features including water harvesting, green roofs, electric vehicle charging points and canopies with photovoltaic solar panels.

BDP are also BES engineers for the redevelopment of the ESB’s headquarters in Dublin city centre.
