Project details

The redevelopment of a former administrative HQ building on one of the largest brownfield sites in Edinburgh.

Self-contained office suites are arranged around a central atrium open to all floors. Our design for the second floor is a recessed pavilion which sits in a landscaped roof garden.

The exterior is retained whilst the interior is dramatically reworked.

Brief

  • to provide over 17,000 sq m of office suites over three floors with basement car parking
  • to achieve a BREEAM offices rating of Very Good
