Project details

This invited masterplan competition required a luxury mixed-used residential and commercial development in Nguyen Huu Tho St. Tan Hung Ward.

Our proposal offers one and three bedroom residential units, garden villas, sky suites and penthouses with supporting commercial facilities on the ground level. The masterplan takes inspiration from Vietnam’s natural landscape to create a rich and diverse tapestry of materiality, greenery, water elements and topography.

In response to District 7’s rapid urbanisation and scarcity of greenery, our design approach creates a lush tropical environment and the development creates a seamless and holistic place for residents. It has varying topography levels that mimic the hilly terrain of Vietnam’s natural landscapes and the residential towers are informed by mountain shapes, which are inspired by the mountainous landscape of Vietnam. Greenery extends up to the residential amenities deck, sky gardens, sky verandas and sky bridges and within all residential units, the sky gardens are elaborately expressed through an array of plants, shrubs and unique trees.
