Project details

Tech One is a retail led, mixed use development of over 112,000m2 in Greater Noida, approximately 50km from New Delhi. The commercial complex also includes IT offices, residential, a cinema complex and services.

The triangular site lies west of the Taj (Yamuna) Expressway, opposite the Gautum Buddha University. To the north of the site is open land where, at a distance of 2km, the Yamuna and Hindon Rivers flow together enabling unique views from the upper levels of the development.

The development is centred around a commercial complex with a signature plaza at its centre. At its heart, an iconic tower is visible from the nearby highway.

An exclusive rooftop garden has been created with a series of green terraces that gradually step up from the surrounding road level, over the parking and up to the roofs over the commercial centre. At the highest level the garden is laid out with a circular path that links various kiosks on the roof to each other and to the cinema.

The residential is situated away from the noise of the highway, in the south west corner of the site, with the best views of the Yamuna and Hindon Rivers.

The IT element is situated to the south of the site for easier access to the highway.
