Paul is an architect director in our London studio specialising in complex healthcare projects.

Paul has over 15 years’ experience in healthcare design and documentation in both the UK and Australia and is a specialist medical space planner. His roles include project director and health planner and his wide skillset includes team management, cost analysis, value management and deliverables planning.

Paul is currently project director for Adelaide Women's & Children's Hospital, a new building of approximately 90,000m2 to replace Adelaide's current Children's Hospital in North Adelaide, Australia, on a site adjacent to the Fiona Stanley Hospital. His projects include the New Children’s Hospital in Dublin, which is the largest and most complex capital investment healthcare project undertaken in Ireland, Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital in Stanmore and Teaching, Trauma and Tertiary Care Centre (3Ts) for Brighton and Sussex University Hospitals NHS Trust.

He is also clinical stream leader for the London Northwest Healthcare estate programme to reconfigure the services across Northwick Park, Ealing and Central Middlesex Hospitals and for the St Mary’s Hospital campus redevelopment where he is responsible for the masterplanning and opportunities appraisal for the redevelopment of one of London’s leading teaching hospitals. He led the practice’s architectural team on the emergency transformation of the NHS Nightingale Hospital at London’s ExCel Centre.
