BDP has prepared the concept design in partnership collaboration with Nippon Koei and Philkoei International for the first station on a metro line currently under construction in the heart of Manila. The vision is for a dynamic and exciting building which combines a high-quality transport interchange with commercial facilities to complement neighbouring shopping malls. All activities within the station focus into the heart of the structure, the Garden Hall. This dramatic space features planted terraces running the full length of the site, parallel to the railway. All routes into and across the levels of the station pass through this space which will form the main identity of the building.
