Framework appointment supporting PwC’s UK real estate portfolio through integrated interior design, space planning analysis and workplace consultancy.

PwC’s UK office portfolio spans more than 20 sites and is regularly reviewed and adapted in response to evolving operational requirements. This ongoing framework appointment is supporting the consistency and integration of monthly real estate reporting across all locations, enabling estates, finance and leadership teams to manage performance and plan future change with greater confidence. Improved alignment of spatial, design and operational data is strengthening benchmarking capability and supporting continuous estate improvement.
We provide interior design and consultancy services for real estate portfolio management, including building and space planning analysis, office rationalisation and workplace advisory support. Working closely with the UK estates team, PwC senior leadership and local office stakeholders, we contribute to monthly reporting cycles and ongoing change activity across the portfolio.
Key activities include monthly portfolio updates, local workshops and interviews, and options modelling for both current changes and future sites. Embedded staff provide regular updates supported by specialist input across projects. We maintain and manage BIM building and space plans as a core part of the reporting system, ensuring ownership of data integrity and alignment with PwC templates and reporting structures.
Key outputs include live digital dashboards aligned to PwC requirements, BIM managed building and space plans with automated data integration, and structured RIBA stage reporting for more complex projects. This is establishing a consistent, accurate and repeatable reporting framework that enables PwC to monitor estate performance, optimise current operations and plan future workplace change using up to date data.

Improving portfolio performance and consistency
Our Workplace Strategy advisory services support PwC in strengthening the consistency and integration of real estate reporting across a diverse national portfolio. The challenge centres on aligning spatial, design and operational data to support estates, finance and leadership teams in making confident, evidence based decisions. Through monthly reporting cycles, local workshops and options modelling, we help establish a clearer understanding of performance and future change requirements across more than 20 sites.
We provide advisory input on office rationalisation, space planning analysis and workplace change, ensuring that evolving operational needs are reflected in portfolio level decision making. This supports benchmarking, improves workplace standards and enables PwC to plan future sites and ongoing changes using consistent, accurate and up to date information.

Strengthening digital maturity and insight
Our Digital Strategy Advisory Services supported PwC in enhancing information governance, digital transformation and asset data integration across a complex national portfolio. The estate comprised more than 20 buildings and over 100 federated BIM models, requiring robust digital processes and a clear approach to managing legacy information. The project focused on Digital Twin implementation and sensor enabled analytics to support operational performance and asset optimisation.
We delivered digital advisory, BIM and asset information management services, including the migration of legacy estate information into integrated BIM models and the creation of a Digital Twin environment for real time asset data. Through a proof of concept approach, we supported value driven digital transformation and informed investment decisions. Sensor integration enabled the analysis of occupancy and environmental conditions, supporting evidence based space planning and asset optimisation.
We provided consultancy services across the full asset lifecycle, delivering CAT A and CAT B design, construction and in use support, with digital consultancy continuing beyond handover. Through our partnership with PwC, we combined strategic digital leadership with rigorous assurance processes to enhance digital maturity and operational efficiency. More London became the first major office building in the UK and the first building in London to achieve BREEAM Outstanding and an EPC A rating across design, delivery and in use.
