Frank is an architect director in our London studio with a wide range of experience on large, international projects.

Frank has most recently worked on AstraZeneca’s new Global R&D Centre and Corporate Headquarters. Designed by Herzog & deMeuron and BDP, the building reflects AstraZeneca’s collaborative approach to research with open laboratories and transparent glass walls to enable new ways of working across disciplines, whilst a central courtyard, open to the public, will put science on full display.

Frank has worked on various projects in Europe including Hafen City in Hamburg and the Coeur d’Orly in Paris and was previously based in our Shanghai studio where his projects included a number of mixed use developments in Chongqing, Nanjing, Wuhan and other cities in China, as well as an InterIKEA retail centre in Beijing-Daxing.

What will design practices of the future be like?

International, global, culturally diverse and innovative. They will embrace new sustainable and digital technologies while emphasising local traditional craftsmanship and knowledge, serving the local communities.
