Jeremy is a principal and leads the retail and regeneration group across the practice.

Jeremy retired from BDP in 2021.

He is project director for a number of high profile mixed-use schemes in the UK and also projects internationally including Madrid, Istanbul and Bratislava.

The opening of Victoria Square was a notable achievement for everyone involved with the project. Thanks to this and the Liverpool One project BDP has helped to raise the design profile of this sector.

What will the architecture/design practices of the future be like?

"Many will be global, all will be sustainable, but the essential values of creating buildings and spaces based on the principles of ‘firmness, commodity and delight’ will no doubt endure."
