Terry is a main board director and his focus is on BDP’s northern, national and international retail-led regeneration work.

He has led major regeneration schemes in Lisbon, Manchester and Liverpool.

He played a key role in Liverpool ONE regeneration project, which involved one of our largest ever architectural teams.

Where do you see the architecture profession in 2050?
“Technology will give us greater control of our activities. Joined-up thinking across the industry and further consolidation of current and new partnerships will become the norm.”
