Eurocell Housing Round Table

When: 28th November 08.00 – 11.00
Where: Cloud 23, Beetham Tower, 303 Deansgate, Manchester M3 4LQ

Head of housing Stephen Marshall will join a panel of industry experts at a breakfast round table hosted by Eurocell, to analyse the findings of their recent survey which looked at the views of 25 – 40 year olds on the future of housing and homes. The panel will discuss the findings of the survey and debate and analyse whether enough is being done by the construction sector to meet the needs of the next generation of homebuyers and occupiers. They will look at eco and sustainability track record in recent construction, how current design trends and techniques are improving the use of natural light in the home, the use of technology and whether it is possible to provide people with the homes they want within cost expectations. Stephen, and his fellow panellists from Simpson Haugh, Hawkins\Brown and High Street Group, will discuss the topics referencing their own projects and experiences and the research provided will be shared with key media and used to produce a white paper for future industry use.
